Broker and Owner, Steven M. Campbell, purchased the brokerage business from his father, the company’s founder, in 1989. He expanded the brokerage business in 1995 to include CAMBRIDGE ASSOCIATES, LC - a development company responsible for building and then dedicating to the City of Ottumwa, Cambridge Court, a residential housing development consisting of 32 lots featuring single family new construction.

In 1997 Steve expanded the influence of Julian Campbell, Realtors once again with the creation of S. CAMPBELL CONTRACTING, INC., the exclusive building contractor for all homes constructed in Cambridge Court. Steve became licensed in the real estate business in 1977 and has been cited by the Iowa Association of Realtors for “Excellence in Listings and Sales” by achieving multi-million dollar production levels every year since 1994.

Today, Steve compliments his brokerage business by designing and general contracting custom and speculative new home construction in the Ottumwa area and participates in a wide range of civic concerns which includes, but is not limited to:

Steve is a 1978 Graduate of the University of Northern Iowa at Cedar Falls with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education. Interests outside his profession include sail boating, carpentry, travel, music and numerous outdoor activities. He is widowed with two sons.
